Helping Seniors + Families Create Calm, Organized Homes

Home should feel like a place you can exhale

A place where you can be yourself — surrounded by what you love, not weighed down by what you don’t.

But when things feel cluttered and overwhelming, even home can feel heavy.

You deserve better than that.

I’m here to help you gently transform your space into one that feels calm, functional, and supportive of your everyday life — so you can truly breathe again.

How It Works

Step 1: Complimentary Consultation

We start with a virtual call — no obligation, no sales pitch. You walk me through your space, show me what's weighing on you, and tell me what you're hoping for. I listen, I learn, and I ask the questions that matter. By the end, we both know if this is the right fit.

Step 2: Choose Your Pace

Once you're ready, you'll get a client agreement where you name the spaces you want to focus on and share your vision for each one — how you want them to work, how you want to feel in them. You choose your package (however many sessions feel right as a starting point), and we get you on the calendar.

Step 3: We Work Through It Together

When I arrive, we talk through the space one more time. Then we go item by item — deciding what stays, what goes, what moves somewhere else. Once the sorting's done, we build systems together: bins, labels, storage that matches how you actually live. We take before and after pictures. And if the project naturally grows into the next space, we just keep going.

Step 4: What Happens After

Once you're done, you'll have before and afters to see what shifted. Before we wrap up, we'll also talk through ongoing maintenance — a monthly reset or seasonal tune-up — so your space has support staying the way you love it, for as long as you want it.

"Kim started by asking me what I wanted to get out of it and my vision for the space. When it came to items with deep emotional meaning, she worked with such compassion, care, and patience. Her approach made what could have been overwhelming into something manageable and even enjoyable."

A Note From Kim

I founded Room to Breathe Professional Organizing because I believe our emotions are often tied to our possessions and that untangling one can bring real relief to the other. Whether you're moving, downsizing, welcoming a new family member, or settling a loved one's estate, I've seen how much lighter life feels once the physical clutter stops carrying so much emotional weight.

If you're in the middle of one of these chapters — deciding what stays, what goes, and what comes next — you don't have to figure it out alone.

Kim was so easy to work with, she was very attentive to my needs, and my space is so much nicer now!”
